Shell Round the Walls Race
This multi-terrain race has had many variations of its route since 1972. The route currently is about 4.5 miles, starts on the Roodee and then, weather dependant, follows almost the full length of the path on top of the Roman/Medieval walls and finishes back on the Race Course.
A new course was used in 2007 due to a closure of a section of the Walls. As the reconstruction of the collapsed section is not complete yet it meant the 2007 course was earmarked for 2009. Hopefully for 2010 we will be able to revert to the original course round the walls.

Car ParkingThere will be NO parking available on the Roodee or within the confines of the Race Course property. Please use the pay and display car parks outside, but close to the Roodee.
Fun Run
2009 Fun Run Results
The Fun Run, all on grass, starts at 10:15am. Entries for the Fun Run will be taken on the day near to the changing rooms on the Roodee. All finishing Fun Runners will get an award.
